The Midlife Shift is a 90-minute educational workshop designed for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

If your body feels different lately - your energy, sleep, weight, mood, recovery - you’re not imagining it.Hormones shift in midlife, and the strategies that worked in your 20s and 30s often stop working.

This workshop will give you clarity, science-backed guidance, and practical next steps so you can move from confusion to confidence.
